It's a brand new week and like each day, thousands of songs are waiting to be explored.

Here is my selections for this week.

1- Aniara Recordings - Groove Ett

Keeping things stripped and simple doesn’t always equal minimalism and especially not in that ugly plastic 2006 way. Arkajo’s EP is a great example of keeping the elements few but the vibes right. Three powerfully constructed House tracks that don’t put a foot wrong.

Arkajo is one half of Genius of Time and this recording is out on Aniara Recordings Now!

2- Dennis Cruz - El Sueno

The next release on Moon Harbour is a to-the-point one tracker from Dennis Cruz, who is one of tech house’s most prolific and widely played artists. Spaniard Cruz has turned out plenty of fresh and appealing tunes on labels like Stereo Productions, Snatch!, Suruba and many more.

The warm summer influenced latin tech house track got the Dennis Cruz signature tribal beats but take a small step towards the deep house genre with the funky latin vocal sample.

3- Morttagua - Aten (Original Mix)

Considered one of the top underground producers in Brazil in the latest years, Morttagua has been impressing in every release due to his capability of bringing always fresh and unique sounds to the table, and on this EP is no different.

Aten, the second track of the EP, keeps the same rush of adrenaline from the first track pumping through our veins. Powerful kick drums and sub basses blend in a masterful manner with arpeggiated leads and atmospheric pads, turning this track into a perfect example of what a 'Progressive Techno' should sound like.

4- Daniel Whyte & Mangata - Tuscan Flow

Daniel Whyte & Mangata show their production skills through two originals that are bound to take one on a whirpool journey. The two Cypriots combine forces on Tuscan Flow that blend deep atmospheres with relaxed bass rhythms and vintage synth leads, all atop mesmerizing percussion work.

5- Nick Muir, John Digweed, Eagles & Butterflies - Divenire (Original Mix)

Bedrock returns with a stunningly designed and expertly produced 12 inch from Eagles & Butterflies Vs John Digweed & Nick Muir. 'Divenire' sucks you into a web of arps and pads woven behind a pounding kick and disorientating panned snare samples, that'll entice you in until you're completely lost in those hypnotic rhythms.
